How to
Treat your Sagittarius |
|
 |
|

Your
happy Sag is a straight shooter, a wise one, a seer who is always
ready and able to offer up plans and ideas. She knows how to find the
answers, and doesn't hesitate to do so. A natural fortune-teller, she
has an innate sense of the future. You can tap into her foreshadowing
ability and get helpful hints about how to proceed in life. And she
is always honest - even if it is overstated a bit!
Your
jovial Sagi is almost always a happy camper. He sees the world
through lovely rose colored glasses. He barely recognizes
unhappiness. Your Sagi is a wonderful companion because his joy for
life is so lofty and grand that it is truly contagious.
While
all this is a tremendous advantage, you may come to find that
sometimes your Sagi is a lonely, sad clown. The problem is - he may
have difficulty knowing whether or not he is truly happy inside! The
jollity of your Sagi is usually completely genuine, but he may
sometimes feel embarrassed to say if he is actually depressed.
It's
not that your Sagi is hiding her feelings, it's just that she is
always looking forward to something better. Her glowing vision for
the future overshadows the present - no matter how gloomy. If you
want to make Sagi truly happy, you must be able to see through the
glowing exterior into the real, sensitive person inside. Try to see
any unhappiness, and help your Sagi recognize and do something about it!
So,
assuming your Sagi is not a sad, lonely clown, how do you make him
happy when he already appears to be just fine and dandy? How can you
create an impact in such a person's life? How can make your Sagi -
who always has something to look forward to - look forward to being
with YOU? Well, the answer is very simple. All he needs is
appreciation, gratitude and a healthy dose of freedom. Listen to him
spout philosophy. Praise him for his insights into the future. Allow
her to travel endlessly, read, absorb knowledge and make more of her
mind. Ignore the tripping over words and objects! Really - she is
merely blinded by her mental far-sightedness!! Laugh with sincerity -
never with derision. Have fun with her. Make him the object of your admiration.
Think
of your Sagi as a good luck charm, a shaman, a seer and a jester.
Keep her wisdom in your pocket like a talisman, and wear his heart on
your sleeve - but never restrict your Sagi's freedom. Take all of the
above into serious consideration (don't laugh!), and you will be
rewarded with a very wise and fortunate companion in the grand
adventure of life, an energetic, enthusiastic lover and a fun-loving,
true-hearted friend.

How to
Treat your Capricorn |
|
 |
|

Your
Capricorn is so much more than a mischievous mountain goat. This
playful kid can merrily prance to the top of any hill. Life is a
cherished challenge for your Capricorn, who is always prepared for
the long haul. His tremendous patience and perseverance is only
possible because he also knows how to enjoy life. Picture impish Pan
with his alluring flute. To Capricorn, it is all one, great long game.
If
you have the good luck to have captured capricious Capi, rest
assured that you will never go without. Your Capricorn never gives up
- your life will only get better and better. Practical, persevering
optimism is built into your Capricorn, along with a strong sense of
responsibility and keen powers of observation. Capi goes for the
ultimate in personal achievement.... and you are in for one long
goat-ride! And I mean that in every sense of the word!
How
can you show proper appreciation for your hooved companion? Well,
first off, remember that Capricorn is a leader. Either go with the
program, or come up with something better. Second, your Capi needs to
feel needed. Tell him how successful he is and recognize his
monumental efforts. Take notice of every step up the ladder. Third -
make your Capricorn take time out for fun and adventure. She might
only see in one direction - up! Encourage her to turn her head around
from time to time and look at the scenery. Finally, take your Capi's
love completely seriously. He might be having a wonderful time, but
when it comes to love - there's no funnin'. Capi plays completely for keeps!
Don't
be put off if she shows a serious demeanor in public - that's just
her way of assuring a spotless reputation. Be his partner in the
business of life. Recognize the playfulness in your Capi's heart.
Remember that you are blessed with a companion who will get younger
and younger with time, and who willl give you many years of devoted
attention to your needs.....and good, long lovin', too....no kidding...

The Fool
in the Tarot |
|
 |
|

~
Innocence ~
The
Fool introduces us to the Tarot with a sweet, innocent smile. Like a
newborn babe, this man/woman/child with eyes wide open and complete
trust in his surroundings has not a care in the world, save his
immediate needs... and these he pursues fearlessly. Notice his
stance, the look on his face, the cat biting him on the leg. Nothing
seems to bother him, not even the precipice he is about to walk off of!
This
gentle Archetype is at the beginning and end of our journey through
the Tarot. The Fool represents the human spirit, born in complete
innocence. From this tender beginning, we experience the trials of
life, striving throughout to find those things we need - basic
security, love and connection, reason and understanding, and the
spiritual drive to keep moving forward. Then, we die with the
knowledge and wisdom we have gained through material existence - only
to relinquish it for a time in order to return to that perfect bliss
of pure spiritual existence - the Fool, once again released to his
heavenly origins.
The
Fool then is only a complete Fool for an instant at birth, and
slowly but surely loses his innocence. From time to time we each
touch upon this pure sweet energy. To be able to hold onto this
gentle spirit that lives within us, our child-selves, and feel the
power of perfect grace, is a gift that we may hopefully embrace and cherish.
So
why does the Fool saunter so aimlessly toward grim death? The answer
is simple - The Fool is not concerned with life or death. The Fool
simply is. Were it not for the Sun, our fiery star - there would be
no life. The Fool is the breath of fire, the wind, first
consciousness of the beginning of life. He is of the Sun, and he is
the Son of heaven. His optimism is boundless because he has a direct
link with the world of spirit - the crown chakra is open to the
light. He is barely aware of the barriers and negative forces that
exist on the material plane - and herein lies the Folly we on earth perceive.
We
each carry at least a bit of healthy fear and doubt to warn us from
courting disaster. Most of us do not operate on complete trust and
faith on a daily basis. But when we do, the experience can be likened
to euphoria, epiphany, heightened levels of adrenaline, or a deeply
meditative state. In such moments we may be capable of amazing, death
defying feats and heroism. We unite with the highest spiritual force
there is. Most who have such experiences are changed forever, and may
seem to either lead a charmed life, or possibly feel overwhelmed by
the absolute power. While we may cherish such experiences, the world
is not all bliss. Although it can be at times, the reality is - blind
faith without some cautionary force to balance our actions can bring
grave disaster in the material world.
Those
of us who live our lives more prudently may feel exasperated by
those others who seem naive and foolish - the ones who actually step
off that cliff and make perfect idiots of themselves. Yes, maybe they
appear to be fools, but at least they were not afraid to take a
chance, and this is the raw power behind this archetypal force. The
lessons one learns from having tried and failed are that much more
potent, and we are all better off living in trust rather than in
fear. Those who dare to embrace the tremendous hope and fearlessness
the Fool represents are one step closer to pure joy, and to achieving
the Merryday Tarot knowledge that we are indeed perfect, blessed and
protected... if only we believe.

The Outer
Planets - Chiron, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto and the Lunar Nodes ~^. .^~ |
|
 |

Uranus
in Pisces! ...
Uranus
will stay in the Sign of the Fish 'til 2011! Spiritual Revolution
you say?? Yes, that would describe it well. What can we expect with
Uranus in Pisces? Perhaps our ideas about death, sacrifice, the
fantastic and impossible, transcendence and service to humanity will
take some dramatic and innovative turns. We can hope that
humanitarianism will take on new meaning and purpose, and that
service to others may become a more integral part of our social
order. With this placement, Uranus can become quite reclusive or
fanatical. Scientists who may have been hiding out for years in
research can bring new and surprising inventions and discoveries into
our midst, and Political Messiahs may come out of the woodwork. With
Uranus and Neptune in mutual reception - they will rely upon each
other more than usual, and herald perhaps a renewed and revolutionary
(Uranus) vision for humanity (Neptune) The cost may be a certain
amount of turmoil and confusion regarding just where we are going for
humanity, and will probably not be without conflict.
Neptune
in Aquarius (til 2012) is helping to set our expressions of love
and creativity into positive, innovative motion. A change in the
prevailing style in movies, fashion and art will be seen in the
months and years to come - probably bringing much more in the realm
of the unusual, shocking, rebellious, and inter-cultural.
Pluto
is in Capricorn now until 2024. The very fabric of society may
begin to be re-woven - but not before old structures are dismantled.
Capricorn is about authority, success, achievement and social order.
Pluto is about death and regeneration. Pluto asks us to dig deep and
USE what is best in our world to create something much better. We
need to avail ourselves of and share our brightest and most
humanistic minds (Uranus in Pisces, Neptune in Aquarius!!), and not
descend into blind destructiveness, greed or desperation.
The
powerful Neptune/Pluto septile, exact on Dec 1, 2006 and Feb.
21, 2007 will last (going in and out of close orb) into 2011! For
those of us who are very creative, tremendous inspiration can bring
influential, explosive, mind-blowing creations. In love - the
potential for making inspired changes is heightened - yet there also
exists the possibility of getting lost in confusion. Avoid falling
into a pit of despair, or indulging in self-destructive activities.
Getting nowhere fast? Look for Creative and Healthy, Inspired, Loving
outlets to save your skin! Get involved in helping others.... this is
especially important now!
Neptune/Pluto
can bring the sort of fanaticism that has not been seen since the
last such aspect at the beginning of WWII. Yet - this aspect also has
the potential to inspire lasting, humanitarian changes throughout the world.
From
8/22 to 3/4/2011, the North & South Nodes are on the
Capricorn/Cancer axis, bringing a focus on relationships that can
help us to achieve our goals, do our very best, and encourage us to
honor our teachers, supporters and mentors. As we enter this phase,
take time to remember ancestors and to acknowledge valued family
members, yet to let go of those memories and belongings that no
longer serve us. Reach out with enthusiasm for new opportunities that
may present themselves!
Chiron
in Aquarius...
This
archetype of human compassion will be passing nonstop through
Aquarius from January 06 til Feb. 2011, bringing a period of higher
inspiration in the realm of healing. We may look forward to greater
cooperation worldwide in the healing sciences, and perhaps going back
to tradition - those time honored ways that our ancestors enjoyed and
practiced in harmony with nature. Perhaps we may find more and more
"health" foods (ie unaltered and unprocessed) on our
grocery shelves, greater acceptance of mind-body healing approaches,
and some brave new ideas to surface, too.

Mewsings from
Venus &
Mars
~ Future
Forecast ~ for Love |
|
 |
|
With Mars
in Leo from 10/17/09 to 6/17/2010 (!!!) - LONG retrograde
from 12/20/09 to 3/10/2010!, males will want to really shine, and
egos may seem especially large - but certainly family matters will
take on increased importance for men, as well as the desire to
maintain a spotless reputation... Look good, be good, do good!
Venus
in Sagittarius from 12/2 to 12/25 is active, upbeat, optimistic
and sure to make relationships fun. Intelligence, a sense of
adventure and respect for freedom will be a must this month.
Sagittarius brings out the truth, and sometimes not at the most
opportune times, so be prepared for some revelations as Venus nears
Sun in Sag! Relationship energy is bound to be positive and full of
fire, and needed changes should go fairly smoothly.
Venus
in Capricorn from 12/25 to 1/1/10 is a bit more somber and
business like, but just as fun loving. If over-spending from over-optimism
(see above!) has been a problem, this Venus will set things right.
This month, the words to remember are control and moderation!

Future
Forecast for Love
During
the first week in December, Neptune/Jupiter/Chiron are still
conjunct in Aquarius, and opposing Mars in Leo while Venus sextiles
Saturn and Saturn squares Pluto, bringing a strong drive to work
and strive for one's highest spiritual, moral and educational goals,
particularly those that benefit either family and loved ones or
humanity/life in general. (Remember that your own progress benefits
everyone!) This is a great week to meet people who can give you
helpful advice and support, and not a good time to buck authority.
The
second week, Venus quintiles Chiron/Jupiter/Neptune while
Uranus sextiles the North Node. Think about those you meet or who
somehow find you, and what those encounters truly mean - what you
have learned, and what you have given. Savor these moments - let them
sink in! Even the briefest can have a lasting impact.
During
the third week, Venus trines Mars, squares Uranus and
sextiles Chiron/Jup/Nep,, bringing warm, easy feelings between
couples, and strong optimism about making relationships work out, but
beware of sudden changes - either skittishness, or sudden strong
attractions. Think things out well before making promises!
During
the 4th week, Venus squares Saturn, conjuncts Pluto and
septiles Jup/Nep/Chir. There is a Lunar Eclipse on the 31st in Cancer.
Feminine energy is intense, powerful, possibly domineering or
chastising - yet also wise and compassionate. While you may not want
to hear advice, it could do you well to listen! Men, allow her some
room to rule, and she may surprise you.
~
The Big Guys ~
Jupiter
is in Aquarius til 1/18/2010. Lucky, expansive Jupiter will be
crossing and re- crossing Chiron and Neptune during 2009, helping to
bring us new ideas in spirituality, religious openness, tolerance and
healing forms of justice.
Saturn
in Virgo 'til July 21, 2010 brings our focus to the things of
the earth.. the cleanliness and purity of our physical environment.
These coming years can bring a stronger sense of purpose and
responsibility within our social institutions, government and from
authority figures regarding the sanctity and protection of our mother
earth. A wonderful time this can be!! Let's make conscious
guardianship of our world the central focus for all we do!
