 Aquarians
are a slippery lot. A fixed Air sign, it may seem that your
water-bearing friend is always on a crusade or a mission. Well he is!
When the Aquarian gets an idea in his head - there's no way of
getting it out unless you come up with a better one. The Aquarian
gets involved in a project, then in the wink of an eye he's off to
start another. And every project has new, pressing importance.
So
why are Aquarians slippery? Because the moment that Uranian
lightning bolt strikes your ingenious friend, she will slip right out
of your hands! Your Aquarian has the potential to save the planet,
convert all her friends to a new religion, or take off on a dangerous
adventure of discovery. And danger doesn't get in her way!
Your
Aquarius friend or lover needs the freedom to follow inspiration,
ideas and dreams. He thrives on communication and travel, excitement
and changes, science and technology, the strange and extraordinary.
Aquarius lives and breathes for new experiences. They help him to
form his very solid opinions on life. You show your friendship best
when you give him every opportunity to expand his mind to the fullest.
Also,
your Aquarian makes friends wherever she goes, and each one is

How
to Treat your Pisces |

 The
Pisces gives love constantly. The moment you withhold love from your
Pisces, or treat your Pisces even a little bit harshly, you've opened
the door to great sadness . Pisceans don't understand cruelty - even
if it comes unwittingly from them. And the sensitive nature of Pisces
makes him susceptible to great hurt. If you want to keep him around,
be aware of your words and actions, and your Pisces' reaction to
them. If he slinks off and hides, you know there's some serious
heartache going on!
The
Pisces needs compassion, water, creative or spiritual surroundings,
an atmosphere of peace and calm, and ample opportunities to show off
her many talents and ideas. Pisces loves to learn, and needs to be
provided with information and ideas to help keep the creative juices flowing.
So
be sure to provide your Pisces with imaginative, uplifting and
beautiful entertainment. Don't overwhelm her with frightening images
such as one might see in a violent movie. Pisces would rather not
dwell on such things, and is much healthier when exposed to natural,
peaceful or spiritual imagery.
Feed
your Pisces with love and kindness, a sincere interest in his many
dreams and ideals, respect for her creations, quiet, secluded
outings, romantic conversation and your own spiritual idealism.
Wake
your sleepy, dreamy night-fish up in the morning, help your Pisces
find the way in crowded places, guide him through confusing times and

sweet, gentle and unconditional love.

Star is associated with Aquarius in the Tarot

Hope ~
Your
tower has fallen, you feel desolate and lost, and all you have left
is faith and hope in the future. You are open to opportunities,
solutions and ideas - ready for inspiration. This is a very
vulnerable state of mind! Who or what will you let in?
The
Star is about possibilities, all the endless possibilities you can
imagine. In the Mythic Tarot, the Star is Pandora - opening the
forbidden box that released human suffering upon mankind. This helps
remind us to be careful what we wish for, because our thoughts and
dreams are very powerful.
When
we see this card in a reading, it tells of a very potent wish. The
surrounding cards can provide more details about the wish, and
sometimes whether or not it will actually come true. Often, the Star
keeps popping up when there's something we're looking forward to that
has not yet materialized. A lot like other major cards, this one
seems to appear and reappear until either the inevitable happens, or
there is a change in course.
I
think that the message in this card is to have faith, keep dreaming
- and also be aware of what difficulties and disappointments may come
as a natural result of getting your wish. The box itself is your
hopes and dreams. The creatures within are reality! What might be the
real consequences of getting what you wish for? Will it be worth
going after? Can you handle it?
On
the other hand, sometimes the creatures within are all butterflies,
ladybugs, fireflies and fairies. Your box of wishes and dreams just
might be filled with all the beauty you ever imagined, and more.

from Venus & Mars... February 2007 |

Mars
in Capricorn - Jan.16 to Feb, 26 is in his glory. He feels he
can climb any mountain, and he probably can. If he has a dream, he
will follow it with unstoppable determination. If his partner blocks
his path - he just might go his own way. Don't try to stop him while
Mars is in Capricorn. Trust and support his ambitions, and he will
surely prove himself to you. Remember to keep him entertained, too!
Venus
in Pisces - Jan.27 to Feb.21 is dreamy and sensual - sensitive
and kind. She'll give in, but not if you're rough or too full of
yourself. This Venus goes well with Mars in Capricorn (below) in
terms of general disposition, but he should use his commandeering on
other males and spare her feelings... unless she's naturally
subservient already. Venus in Pisces can get confused when it comes
to love, and she can get lost in a world of unreality. Using her
imagination and/or compassion for others is a must. He must make her
feel safe and protected.
Venus
in Aries - Feb 22 to Mar. 18 is hot and fiery in love. She goes
her way, takes what she wants, and won't take direction unless she's
already going that way. Mars in Capricorn and Venus in Aries are sure
to butt heads!! Men and women may each want to take the lead. The key
to harmony will be to decide beforehand who's in charge of what (one
boss only!), and stick to your plans.
